Language, Learning, & Literacy Collaborative

We aim to establish an inter-divisional concentration on “Language, Literacy, and Learning” and become a leading voice around the central role of language, justice, and linguistic access in learning and schooling.

About

We are an active and enduring community of UCLA SE&IS scholars interested in language from interdisciplinary perspectives. We aim to establish a more recognizable and official presence of an inter-divisional concentration on “Language, Literacy, and Learning” (LLL), through which the UCLA Department of Education could become a leading voice around the central role of language, justice, and linguistic access in learning and schooling that is equitable.
